Here’s how it works:
The AI begins by offering only a portion of your maximum discount.
It gradually increases the offer only if necessary to keep the customer engaged.
The full maximum discount is only given in two situations:
When the customer tries to leave the product page or end the negotiation without buying.
When the customer becomes inactive for more than 1 minute after accepting a smaller discount.
In these cases, the system uses the maximum discount as a last resort to recover a sale that would otherwise be lost—without impacting all other shoppers.
