To cancel your subscription, all you need to do is uninstall the Buddify app. If you are eligible for a refund, please be aware that Shopify combines app charges with your regular Shopify invoice. Hence, we can process the refund only after receiving payment from Shopify.

All plans can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation for both plans is effective at the end of the billing period for the plan.
