Is your Shopify store incorrectly displaying products as sold out? This issue is often caused by inventory location settings within Shopify.

When your store has multiple inventory locations, Shopify may misinterpret stock levels and display incorrect availability. If your products appear as sold out, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

Steps to Fix the Issue:

  1. Go to Shopify Admin β†’ Click on Settings.

  2. Select Shipping and Delivery, then navigate to General Shipping Rates.

3. Scroll to the bottom and locate the Fulfillment Locations section.

4. Find Buddify, then click the pen icon on the right to edit.

5. In the pop-up window, select "Add new rates for Buddify" under Create New Rates, then click Done.

6. Once the new rate is created, click Add Shipping Zone to enable shipping from this location.

7. In the pop-up window, enter a Zone Name, select the countries you want to include in the zone, and click Done.

8. In the Shipping Zones section, click Add Rate or select an existing market.

9. Choose the type of rate you want to add, enter the shipping price, and click Done.

By completing these steps, the general shipping setup will be successfully configured in the Buddify app, and the shipping rates will be enabled.

Once you have added the rates, your setup should look like this:

βœ… Now, check the product pages on your online store to ensure the correct inventory levels are displayed.

If everything appears as expected, you have successfully resolved the sold-out issue on your Shopify store! πŸŽ‰
