If you see this error: Please verify your "Shipping Settings" to ensure that you have enabled shipping to the provided address. Specifically, please confirm that you have applied the appropriate shipping settings for Buddify imported products.

If a product cannot be shipped to a specific country/address, this issue is related to your Shopify settings. Buddify syncs your shipping settings in the checkout process, and the actual checkout takes place on your Online Store. Buddify does not create separate product or shipping settings for products or orders.

The problem may stem from a specific product not being included in your corresponding Shipping Profile, not meeting the minimum order requirements for a particular country or address, or another configuration error.

​These products are either not added to your store's general shipping profile or there are missing rules and zones within your general shipping profile.

To solve this issue:

1) Please ensure all Buddify imported products are set to "Active." Then, go to Settings and navigate to Shipping. You can either add these products to your existing shipping profile or create a new shipping profile and name it "Buddify."

2) If you have a general shipping profile where all new products are typically added, make sure you have included a shipping rate for the target country, such as the US. Otherwise, your products will show a "shipping unavailable" error when a US address is entered. Additionally, if you have set specific rules for your existing products, such as price or weight requirements, these rules might affect all products.

In this case, you may need to create a new shipping profile for Buddify imported products without weight or price rules.

3) If this is the situation, please create a new shipping profile, name it "Buddify," and set your rules and zones accordingly.
