This happens when a shopper negotiates with Buddify AI, accepts the offer, and moves to checkout—but then manually enters your store’s 10% discount code on top of the negotiated discount.
To prevent discount stacking, you can:
Remove the flat 10% discount code from your store, or
Update the discount code settings so it cannot be combined with other discounts.
With this change, even if customers try to enter the code at checkout, it will be blocked—ensuring they only use the discount negotiated through Buddify AI.
