Normally, no. Buddify only attributes a sale as “Buddy AI–converted” if all of the following conditions are met:
The customer engaged in a conversation with the Buddy AI Agent.
The AI guided the customer.
The customer was sent to "Checkout" through Buddy AI.
This means:
If a customer browses with Buddy AI but checks out using your store’s auto discount instead, it will not be counted as a Buddify sale.
If a customer interacts with Buddy AI but later buys without using the negotiated discount, it will not be attributed to Buddify AI.
If a customer negotiates but doesn’t purchase, leaves their email, and is later converted through a winback campaign, that sale will also not be flagged as Buddy AI–converted.
