You receive an email when another brand imports one or more of your products. However, please note that this doesn't necessarily mean these products are live on their websites right away. When a product is imported, it will initially be set as a "draft," and the Importing Brand/Retailer will need to manually set it as "active" after making any necessary adjustments to the product's price or other details.

There might be instances where brands import your products but then change their mind and never activate them for sale. Additionally, some stores may still be in the process of building up their store design, and until that's complete, they won't publish your products.

If you can't find the retailer's website when you click on it while checking your retailers, it could mean that the retailer is either in the process of modifying their store or has closed their store.

We send you these emails to be transparent and keep you updated on who is importing your products. If, for any reason, you prefer a brand not to sell your products, you can let us know, and we will disable this option for that particular brand.
